I found this du'a from someone who is very dear to me. The moment I read it, I was like "mashaAllah this is so beautiful". We can pray anything we like to Allah. But at the end of the day all that we need is only His pleasure. To be someone whom He pleased is not easy. There is pain that we must endure. There will be tears that accompany us. There is laugh and all those mixed feelings. The struggle is within ourself and beyond. The struggle that we think we cannot bear. The struggle that breaks us. The struggle that helps us grow. The struggle that shape us to be firmed and stronger. All those struggles, they're going to be hell. But that is love. The sacrifices, sweats, blood and tears are all worth it if it is for Him.
May Allah gives us sabr in tarbiyyah
May Allah keep choosing us to be on the right path.
May Allah keep us firm in this journey.
May Allah guide us along the way to Jannatul Firdaus.
